Lucilla, in the 1891 census for Hillsburgh. Norman Clarke Rice was born on 10 Sep 1842 in Nova Scotia, Canada. He resided on 14 Apr 1891 in Hillsburgh, Digby Co, Nova Scotia, Canada. He resided in Apr 1901 in Hillsburgh, Digby Co, Nova Scotia, Canada. with his son Freeman He died on 1 Mar 1911. He was buried on 5 Mar 1911.
